They sent me an email with a link to download now via the GameFly client and also the product key. I think you're right about the key not being Steam redeemable, however. Just want to point out. My pc went down a mont ago and today i decide to reinstal my games on it including DEAD SPACE 2. I have a PC box with i bought in store.
